    Job Description

    Candidate requirements :

    • Must know how to draft and prepare applications for a variety of international cases, including study permits, work permits, spousal sponsorships, visitor visas, and other related programs.
    • Must have strong written and spoken English skills.
    • Perform initial assessment of client information and documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Oversee the application process, including collecting documents, working with relevant forms, and drafting necessary documents.
    • Request and assign documents to clients, and review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Manage and prioritize caseload to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
    • Conduct research on government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate forms are being used.
    • Maintain quality communication with clients by responding promptly to email inquiries and providing clear guidance.

    Skills :

    • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and maintain client files
    • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Ability to negotiate and advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met
    • Proficient in gathering and analyzing relevant information for case assessment
    • Excellent Interpersonal, customer relation and communication skills.

    Applicants Must Have :

    • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in processing international applications.
    • Strong drafting skills for submission letters and additional requests.
    • Good understanding of global mobility systems and programs.
    • Ability to work independently and conduct online research if required.
    • Commitment to respond to inquiries promptly and adhere to strict schedules.
